The map in the app is almost useless. It loads very slowly in small chunks and won't show any detail unless you zoom way in. The app makes it hard to figure out what shops, restaurants, and lounges are nearby. The app won't show my current location and keeps popping up with an error about my phone's compass not working. Other map apps on my phone work just fine, so what's wrong with this app? A simple static PDF would have been 10 times more useful.

I am submitting a complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I received at Hong Kong International Airport on 17 Feb 2026 after missing my connecting flight to Dubai. When I approached transit customer service for help, staff showed no concern, respect, or willingness to assist. I was not helped with rebooking, accommodation, or any guidance and was left in the airport nearly 24 hours alone and distressed. This was the worst airport service I have ever experienced.
