App used to work great but now all of a sudden it stopped working. I can't log in via fingerprint or my login information

Your app is not good because after midnight if i have my card locked you decide to do maintenance for like 3-4 hours and i cant unlock my card. Super irritating

Hi Andrew, We're sorry to hear you had this experience. We try to do maintenance on our app during low traffic times. You can also turn your cards on and off through online banking, outside of the app, by visiting honorcu.com. Once logged in, select the Member Services menu tab and you will find CardHub. Get home from work to realize my wallet is lost: ok well lets at least stop the card from making any purchases. "We are sorry but this service is not available" Ok well its midnight so i cant call the bank, ill try the messaging system to se if it can fixed with automated systems. "We are sorry but this service is not available" Im sure you genuinely are trying to make your app work, but it slowly becoming less believable the more I encounter these problems when i need it the most.

Hi Skyler, We apologize for the trouble you had trying to turn your card off. We recently launched a new card management platform and we continue to work out bugs.
