Get home from work to realize my wallet is lost: ok well lets at least stop the card from making any purchases. "We are sorry but this service is not available" Ok well its midnight so i cant call the bank, ill try the messaging system to se if it can fixed with automated systems. "We are sorry but this service is not available" Im sure you genuinely are trying to make your app work, but it slowly becoming less believable the more I encounter these problems when i need it the most.

Hi Skyler, We apologize for the trouble you had trying to turn your card off. We recently launched a new card management platform and we continue to work out bugs. App worked great but now I have a ton of visual problems and the app becomes unstable and unusable when I try to access most things when trying to manage my debit card under the "manage my cards" menu. I'm on a moto g power 2025 with dark mode and battery saver enabled. If these problems are fixed I will update my review. Edit: These problems go away if I disable battery saver and enable light mode.

the new galaxy update and the new honor cu app update do not sync. I am no longer able to receive notifications that help me make sure my account is safe. when I go to my notifications in my system settings, honor isn't even an option I am able to find. Hopefully they fix this issue as I have spoke with several people and they too no longer receive their notifications.
