Honorlock helps you complete your authentication steps and use your mobile device as a webcam during supported Honorlock online assessments. This app walks you through each step before your session begins, then securely connects your phone's camera to your session.

This app does not deliver sessions or provide proctoring itself. It works alongside your institution's Honorlock enabled assessments.

not only is this app extremely intrusive, but it is the most frustrating application I have used in my life. you have to go through just about 8 different stages before you can begin your exam, then, if something goes wrong (like your phone turns off) often times turning your phone back on won't even give you the barcode you need to get back into your exam. If this happens guess what? you fail your exam since you are inevitably going to run out of time.

I downloaded this app in order to use my phone as a side camera. Unfortunately, my phone was never able to make connection with the desktop application when video needed to be streamed. It would always pass the first connection check, then sit attempting to connect for 10 minutes before failing to stream video to the web browser on my desktop.

to many set up steps. overreaching on permissions. not user friendly. forcefully disables unaffiliated applications. does not then reopen closed programs. worst proctor application I've ever used.
