I've used this app for months and though far from perfect like today when I cannot even open the app on my Sony tv, most of the time it works quite well for the price. Unfortunately there seems to be a major outage every few weeks which often takes days to fix. I'd gladly pay more for true H.D. I think many problems people have is due to poor internet speed. I have about 75 mbs.

UPDATE: I decided to give this app another go after posting my original review. Sad to say this issue has still not been resolved. It's a shame. I would have definitely gone for the premium package ~ Great promise but the 'Chromecast with Google TV' remote doesn't have a menu/0 key to press to access recordings. Can't commit to a year if I can't access a main feature.

I can't believe this service is still taking customer's money. - App not updated in 4.5 years - After a steady decline, service has become completely unavailable. - No replies to emails requesting cancellation of contract. If you are thinking about signing up, don't, avoid at all costs is my advice.
