Installed app but when trying to open see only HOOP on the red display. Tried few times even reinstall app, resolt the same -- FROZEN SCREEN WITH HOOP on it. Mobil NOKIA 6, Model TA-1025, Android version 9. Please fix the problem. Although my tablet Samsung A7 working fine with HOOP HOME APP but I need a small carry on device. Thanks.

It was working fine but all of the sudden the application didn't work. The application is very bad. It dose not open. It is Ony the title screen and get freezes. The problem is that the cam is rubbish without the application. You need to have better app. Even downloading motions sucks. You need to improve your application. The camera is great but App is RUBBISH. WASTE YOUR TIME. My phone is Huwaei

We hear you Saeed! We agree that the app needs to be updated. That’s why when you were experiencing the app malfunction our Googles servers were actually updating the firmware in the background. Normally this app works amazing. I have multiple security cams with hoop for last 3-4 months and have never had any issues. But the last couple days and apparently I'm not the only one the app has been freezing and not alerting me of anything. I hope they fix this bug soon!
