Owlie bounces on her own. You just steer.
Hoot Hop is a one-finger arcade jumping game: drag left or right and keep your
owl climbing through the night sky. There is no jump button to learn and no
timer to race — only how high you can hop before you slip.
HOW IT PLAYS
Your owl hops off every branch by itself. Slide your thumb to line up the next
landing, grab the stars floating between the branches, and watch the height
counter climb. Miss a branch and the hop simply ends. No lives, no damage, no
punishing game-over screen — tap once and you are climbing again.
COLLECT STARS, UNLOCK OWLS
Stars are permanent. They never reset when a run ends, so every hop counts
toward something even when the climb was short. Spend them in the Nest to
unlock nine owl friends, each with its own look and a real ability that changes
how a run feels: a stronger bounce, a star magnet, a softer fall, a rocket start.
CHASE YOUR BEST RUN
Your best climb leaves a ghost behind. Race it on your next hop and a marker
tells you whether you are ahead of it or still catching up. Beat it and your
score joins the global leaderboard against everyone else playing.
SOMETHING TO DO EVERY DAY
A daily star mission, a streak reward that grows the longer you keep it going,
and badges for the milestones along the way — your first star, your hundredth,
a fifty-high hop.
PLAYS ANYWHERE
Hoot Hop works completely offline, so it keeps going on a plane, on the metro,
or anywhere the signal drops. There is no account, no sign-up, no email and no
social login. Open it and jump.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FIND
- No full-screen ads interrupting a run, ever.
- No forced videos. The one reward video is optional and never blocks a retry.
- No paywalls and nothing to buy.
- No chat, no usernames, no free text anywhere.
Free to play, easy to pick up, and hard to put down once that height counter
starts moving.
