About this app

Hop2School Org is the admin app for school transportation providers — schools, school districts, and private bus operators. Run your daily operations from one place: assign drivers and vehicles to routes, manage student rosters, track trips in real time, and communicate with parents and drivers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Drivers — onboard, edit, and assign drivers to routes. Track driver leaves and availability.
• Fleets — manage your buses and vans, including capacity, color, and assignment to drivers.
• Hubs — register schools and pickup/drop-off points with verified addresses.
• Students — review and link kid profiles registered by parents to your routes.
• Trips & Routes — plan pickup and drop-off routes with map-based trip building. Reorder stops, assign drivers and vehicles, and publish.
• Live tracking — see active trips and driver positions in real time. Parents see the same data on their app.
• Messaging — send announcements to parents, message drivers individually, and post group updates.
• Reports — daily trip summaries, distance and duration metrics, no-show tracking.

Hop2School Org is built for the people who run school transportation: dispatch coordinators, transportation directors, school principals running their own bus operations, and small-fleet operators serving schools. It's the operations counterpart to the parent-facing Hop2School app.

Hop2School only collects the data needed to run the service: driver and student profiles, addresses you enter, route plans, and trip records. We never sell user data.
