NOT READY FOR BUSINESS!!!!! I tried to purchase the different items. One was cancelled with no explanation. The second, the item was not as described, returned item to seller, it has been a few days and I have no refund from HopUp even after contacting support. The third one, the seller created a shipping label but never shipped, it has been several days and nothing has been done to make things right. I'm out a few hundred dollars from multiple transactions and very poor support from HopUp.

Works great so far, just wish they had a PC/Mac version. I'm mostly interested in getting a bunch of gear I don't use anymore out the door, so I'm not adamant about maximizing a profit, here. My biggest gripe is that having to enter everything through a smartphone is absolutely MISERABLE if you have a lot of stuff to sell. Other than that, I'm fine that they want to take a cut of sales. Cost money to run things.

This app use to be good. I was a long time user, use to pay the $10 monthly fee for this app. Now? Well 10% fee for selling, punished for canceling transactions, punished for saying "contact me" in your description. Charged for canceling transactions. Keeps comparing themselves to eBay, they are not eBay. This app use to be awesome but it's become a nightmare. Oh you need your money to ship the product? Don't count on it. Your funds are held until the product is delivered and reviewed.

Hi Shadow, I'm sorry you're frustrated with HopUp, but we always appreciate the feedback. We no longer require the use of HopUp Payments. You can list any item and accept payment however you prefer starting at $1. We compare our pricing and offering to Ebay because we offer a very similar service for an even better price.
