Horarius

About this app

Switching systems can be scary: what if I lose my clients? What if support disappears when I need it most? Horarius solves both of these problems before anything else: our team migrates your client base from the old system for you, and support is directly through WhatsApp — with people who understand your business and solve problems, not a robot or an unanswered email queue.

Horarius is the most complete management system in Brazil for barbershops, beauty salons, and aesthetic studios. Replace paper agendas, spreadsheets, and calculators with a single system that takes care of everything — from scheduling to cash register, from commissions to invoices.

REAL MIGRATION AND SUPPORT
We migrate your clients from the old system for you — it's not a button that disappears, it's a service performed by our team.
Support via WhatsApp, with people who solve problems — not a robot, not a queue.

The reception area is also supported, not just the owner: whoever runs the salon on a daily basis has direct support.

TEAM WITH ITS OWN ACCOUNT
Create a separate access for reception, with a complete view of the schedule and cash register — without sharing the owner's password.

Each professional logs in with their own account and only sees their own numbers: schedule, commission, and history.
Add as many professionals as you want — the subscription fee doesn't increase per professional's chair.

ONLINE BOOKING, NO NO-SHOWS
Your clients book 24/7 through the salon's exclusive booking link.
Deposit confirmation system: charge a fee (fixed or percentage) to confirm the appointment and reduce no-shows.
Automatic reminder notification, time blocking per professional, visual schedule with drag and drop.

COMMISSION AUTOMATIC
Configure the commission for each service only once — the system calculates it automatically from then on, without errors and without spreadsheets.
Support for CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws), PJ (Legal Entity), and partner, each with their own calculation rule.
Monthly commission closing with one touch, and control of vouchers and advances automatically deducted.

COMPLETE FINANCIAL CONTROL
Real-time dashboard: revenue, commission, tips, product, and net profit.
Reports by period with graphs, export to PDF and CSV for accounting.

CRM AND LOYALTY
Complete profile of each client, with history, frequency, average ticket, and last visit.
Points program with automatic redemption at checkout — no punch cards, no stamps.

PLANS AND SALES
Create monthly packages for your clients (e.g., 4 haircuts for R$120) and configurable commission per plan.
Product sales with digital order slips, separate from service revenue in the reports.

ELECTRONIC INVOICE (NFS-e)
Issuance directly at checkout, with consolidated commission invoice for self-employed professionals.

SECURITY
Login with Face ID, Touch ID, or biometrics. Data protected with cloud encryption.

WHO IS HORARIUS FOR?
Barbershop owner who wants total control of the business, without relying on spreadsheets.
Beauty salon owner who needs to organize their team, reception, and commissions in one place.
Self-employed professional (hairdresser, barber, manicurist) who wants a professional online calendar.
Aesthetic studio that wants to retain clients and avoid lost revenue due to no-shows.

Enough of amateurism. Horarius transforms your salon into a real business — and you only need to worry about providing excellent service.
