Does not let me finish registration on the app side of things very annoying to have to log in every time I want to pay a bill. It's quicker reading the bill pay off the paper bill & paying from your bank. They charge for that. Shonky and badly programmed. I see a ton of awful apps in my line of work but this seriously takes the award for worst app front for a big corporation. Do not even bother wasting your time I seriously I wish I had not.

Click the Pay icon, enter your 6 digit account number, pay amount & card details
We are happy to assist you in the registration & login process
Please use the APP Feedback option under Help in the Menu & enter your account number

Keeps asking me to loggin. But once logged in doesn't show any features of the app just the bill. Uninstall and reinstall 2 times. I really want to use this so I can monitor my usage but no help. E-mailed horizon no reply from them either. edit : my problem was resolved almost by 2 weeks. now I am no longer on trial period to use the app with my plan. however no issues with the app now

Updated review: App works well, most of the time. Unfortunately there have been many occasions where the data is unavailable and I could not monitor usage in real time. Unfortunately I was marginally over the MyPower5 threshold on a few occasions, which forced me up into the higher plan (MyPower7). While on MyPower5, I made a conscious effort to limit my peak usage. The MyPower7 plan gives me no incentive whatsoever to limit my usage. There should be a higher number of tiers for these plans.

We are glad you find our usage data helpful. Having historical data over a 12 month period is certainly a great benefit to our customers. MyPower is a great tool to take control of your usage and save!
