Helpful BUT... Limited and Frustrating!!!! I do not understand why you cannot change your own username. That seems pretty ridiculous considering the age of technology that we are in currently, and this is a very simple thing to do with literally every other app in the world. I do not understand why you can't pay for after-school care through the app that you can pay for it online. If those two simple things could be fixed, you would get 5 stars.

The app and the website both no longer work. Look at the reviews based of the most recent ones. They updated both the app and website which mesded everything up. You can no longer log in as the browser shows a blank page. I've tried different browsers and nothing works. The app gives you no option to request a new password...only login and register...thats it. Support for this app doesn't appear active anymore.

This app has major issues, it keeps shutting down when I try to process the payment. I reinstalled the app in hopes of correcting the problem and it says I have the wrong password but no option to recover it. Popups come up all of the time with nothing showing but the "ok" button. So here I am unable to add funds to my kids lunch accounts. Oh, and the website has the same issues!!
