In the last 2-3 months I can not access the app properly. It either tells me that there is a bug and it's had to close or it will only load onto the appointment page and not let me view any upcoming appointments, etc. Previously, it was good, but recently it been a nightmare to use.

Setting up app was easy, but adding a family member introduced all kind of uncertainties. The main user (family) was not mentioned in the appointment, so I set up the main user as an additional family member to schedule an appointment for him as well. Checking back, there was only the latest appointment visible, without feedback if both persons had their proper appointment. The time slot of first appointment was no longer available, which lets me hope that 2 appointments for are scheduled.

When trying to get a lab report the app goes into a loop asking for biometric authorisation or a pin, then back to the home page. This was reported in January and still hasn't been resolved. The developers sent instructions on February 8th to solve the problem, but these seem to have no relation to this app., or at least, don't work
