Hi! We're Hostme.

For years we've been the reservation book, the waitlist and the floor plan behind thousands of restaurants — from tiny cafes to growing groups. This update is the biggest thing we have ever shipped: we rebuilt Hostme from scratch.

Not repainted buttons — rebuilt. It's noticeably faster, smarter and, honestly, just nicer to use. Everything you had is still here, and most of what you kept asking us for finally is too.

What's inside:

• Guest book and a real CRM — we remember every guest: visit history, favorite table, allergies, birthdays. Tags and auto-tags sort your guests for you, and from there — segments, campaigns, reports and funnels. A guest walks in a second time and it feels like you've known each other for years.

• Floor timeline — the whole day's load at a glance. You instantly see where it's busy, where it's empty and where to seat a party of eight.

• Floor plan — drawn like in a proper editor, not a millimeter at a time with the mouse. You can even generate it from a photo or a hand-drawn sketch.

• Waitlist done properly — promised wait time, place in line and a call timer, with the guest kept in the loop.

• Chats from every channel in one window — SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and the rest are no longer scattered across ten tabs.

• Call history — who called, when and what about. Nothing gets lost.

• Dashboard and clear reports — bookings, guests and floor load on one screen. In plain language, no spreadsheets to decode.

• "Restaurant today" widget on your Home Screen and Lock Screen: floor occupancy, bookings, requests, the waitlist and the guests worth preparing for — VIPs, birthdays, large parties, allergies.

• Online bookings from your website, Instagram, Facebook and Google — with deposits, prepayments and your own cancellation rules.

Plus a dark theme, push notifications about bookings, and a search that finds any setting and any help article at once — in a couple of seconds.

And what hasn't changed: one simple subscription. No per-cover fees. Ever.

So disappointed by this app. If you are the market for for an interface to help run the front of the house of your business, move on. The syncing is awful and grinds to a near halt on busy weekends, which, surprisingly, is the busiest for our restaurant. -Guests often do not recieve a confirmation text, nor a notification. -Interacting with the interface is painful more than not. Status updates are followed with long loading screens or showing I wish i can share more. But please just move on.

Great app. I just found that setting reservation hour is a bit complicated..

i think the statistical analysis side of the app needs to be more comprehensive.
