Host Point organizes the relationship between host and traveler so that your space is presented with clearly defined rules, services, schedules, and prices.

What you can register:
• House, backyard, country house, farm, inn, gas station, roadside shop, or support space
• Services such as overnight stays, bathroom, drinking water, laundry, waste disposal, Wi-Fi, and parking
• Photos, description of the place, house rules, time limits, and number of people or vehicles

How it works:
• You define which services will be paid for and the price of each one
• The traveler sees the information before requesting, which reduces doubts and repeated conversations
• Fees, commissions, and payment conditions are visible before confirmation
• You choose availability, schedules, and what is or is not available at your location
• Hosts can use an exclusive filter to define the profile of travelers they prefer to receive
• Reviews from both sides help maintain a more reliable network

You don't need to transform your home into a full-fledged guesthouse: you can offer only what makes sense. The clearer the photos, rules, and limits, the fewer questions there will be.
