Hotel Anvelope keeps track of the tyres you store for your customers, from the moment they come through the workshop door until you hand them back. No notebook, no spreadsheet, no "where did we put Mr Smith's set?".

A day with the app

In the morning a customer arrives with their summer set. You type the licence plate, the app recognises the customer if they have been before, you pick the season, the condition and the free shelf it suggests. Print the QR label, stick it on the tyres and you are done: under a minute, photos and the customer's on-screen signature included.

In autumn the customer comes back. Scan the label or type the plate and you instantly see which shelf the set is on, what storage fee is still due and who received it. Hand it over, take the payment, and the app writes everything into the history.
