this app is not complicated, BUT all the processes were too long. When I finally got my room key, it didn't work, so I couldn't open the door and had to look for the stuff, to get the plastic key-card. I don't know, what kind of deposit the app booked from my 💳, I hope to get it back very soon! The stuff also told me, that they have no idea about this app, as well as why the booking com is sending this information... Gonna pay for stay on the reception and not through this app

Useless. Avoid if you can. The app requires tons of time and data to set up and did not save any time at the hotel check in. It does not work without an active Internet connection, even with all the data entered previously, and failed to open the room - a clumsy process anyway the way it is set up in the app.

The app twitches when put in your data to the point that you might think you are going to get an epileptic seizure. It crashes as well. When you put in your birthday make sure to click on the year above otherwise you will have scroll through all the months till your birth . It's a simple app and yet dysfunctional. Great programing guys. Well done 😵‍💫
