No option to type in or scroll through dates, you have to click through every month of every year to get to your date of birth or passport expiry date App wont take payments if firefox is your default browser

this app is not complicated, BUT all the processes were too long. When I finally got my room key, it didn't work, so I couldn't open the door and had to look for the stuff, to get the plastic key-card. I don't know, what kind of deposit the app booked from my 💳, I hope to get it back very soon! The stuff also told me, that they have no idea about this app, as well as why the booking com is sending this information... Gonna pay for stay on the reception and not through this app

Useless. Avoid if you can. The app requires tons of time and data to set up and did not save any time at the hotel check in. It does not work without an active Internet connection, even with all the data entered previously, and failed to open the room - a clumsy process anyway the way it is set up in the app.
