Ratings and reviews

Slow & buggy. Every button seems to usually need to be pressed twice if you haven't touched the screen in a second. When a text field appears with a blinking cursor, your keyboard doesn't open. So, another touch to make the app actual useful. This app is worse & keeps getting worse. It's so slow that I'm going back to using the website version. 2 updates since... same problems still.

Slow, crashes, and resets itself if you switch apps (meaning you come back to the app you were looking at something on & it is back at the starting screen) Being able to set your price & other filters before searching would help cut down on a lot of the lag. But I imagine then the ad buying hotels would get upset. Customers be damned, ad money first! ☹️ Needs optimization & polish. The website version almost works better than the app.

What can I say - I'll never pay more for a hotel ever again! No more price shopping, and Hotel Engine helps me not have to do that and the more I use it the more I trust it! For work sometimes I need to turn in receipts and I get instant access to them! This makes life easy and I also get to keep my loyalty reward numbers with my favorite hotels all in one place.

This week's release includes multiple bug fixes and feature enhancements. We've resolved issues on distance unit submit, some rendering glitches, and inconsistencies in filtering, sorting, and navigation across flights, lodging, and admin panels. New features include improved lodging itinerary actions, better refund visibility, trip sanitization, and a "add to calendar" option for car rentals, ensuring a smoother user experience across the platform.
