Every time you hit the back button it takes you to the main home screen where you have to reselect whether you're booking/staying and which resort. We didn't know which amenities were and weren't included with our stay until clicking everything one by one. The search function wasn't working very well either. Otherwise a useful app with schedueled activities, an interactive map, restaurant service times and info.

This app is terrible. First of all, the app is terribly designed, not very intuitive for end-users. Then we got to the resort, the app never worked. I had to uninstall and redownload, but cannot get past the installation. It's just horrible, making restaurants and info a total blockage. Development should really take end-users feedback seriously and make it work.

like everyone else says. doesn't work. downloaded fast and I could see options to check in or see my hotel. I clicked on see my hotel and a lot of hotels came up. clicked mine and then it just froze while trying to load the hotel page. using Google pixel/android. looks like this app has been cr-app for a year. maybe pay more for more qualified developers instead of trying to get complex mobile apps for cheap and wasting $$$
