Ratings and reviews

This broker is yet another scammer. They boast about the Shield500 account (they will provide 100% tradable equity if you lose your account). Then before you can obtain that equity and use it, they close your account. If you email Back Office, they say they are not required to provide a reason for account closure. Worst customer service and definitely there to steal your money. Do not trade with them.

The platform itself is smooth and easy to use — no complaints there. But the moment I had 3 delayed deposits, support completely failed me. Tried phone calls AND emails, sent deposit screenshots as requested, and nobody ever followed up or solved my issue. Trade at your own risk. If something goes wrong with your money, don't expect help. Stay vigilant.

I am extremely frustrated with HFM regarding a deposit I made to my trading account. The funds were deducted from my bank account immediately, but they have not been credited to my HFM wallet.I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I only receive automated responses or vague promises that the team is looking into it. This delay is completely unacceptable as it has caused me to miss crucial market movements and trading opportunities.I demand that HFM investigate this transaction
