The app breaks every time!! I can't watch my videos. I always have to uninstall and install again, and this way SOMETIMES works 🙄 2mo after and the app still sucks!!! literally EVERY TIME I try to open one of the videos it comes the phrase "Oops! So sorry. We're working to make things better. Click to try again" Then I click, the screen gets black and nothing happens. It's SO frustrating. The website works fine, why does the app breaks all the time?!??? If I could I would give 0 stars

This app is terrible... The UI is one of the worst I've ever seen, it's impossible to navigate to the topic you need, and if you're there, good luck trying to go to the previous one or finding another one. It makes you go back to the first screen, scroll down all the way to where you need. Honestly, they should rework the whole app to make it at least usable.

This app thinks everything is an audiobook. it just saves the last known position as the last second of the track. So 5 tracks in a row just get skipped because i listened to them in the past. No way to reset the positions. I uninstalled but they save the user progress on their cloud I guess. Support unresponsive
