Absolutely unusable with Redemption ANC 2 earbuds, it shows and connects in the app on first try, but if I want to change/adjust the Eq, or if I want to change the tap actions, the app freezes and becomes unresponsive, if I kill it and start again, it sees the earbuds, but won't connect to them again, sometimes it connects after several times putting them in case and taking out, but once a click to change EQ or tap actions, it freezes again. And why does this app need acces to my location???

you would think a multi-million dollar complaint would be able to get an app right. I own 2 marley products, yet neither of them connect to the app. after months of trying to get past the bluetooth connection, I've actually completely given up. all I wanted to do was change the eq that I should ve able to do when paying a decent amount of money for a product.

It's just laughably bad. I couldn't even get into the app because the screens are so big they don't fit on my display. The text is massive and bunched up at the bottom of the display, cannot read or press anything. It's like if you zoomed in 200% or something. Honestly for such a big company with expensive products, it's a shame and definitely makes me lose faith in the brand. After my recent bad time with a purchase and now this monstrosity, I will probably not be a customer anymore.

What’s new

* For both Redemption ANC 2 and Champion 2, when the Custom EQ Preset
is renamed, it will be re-ordered to the front, just before the Signature Preset.
* Custom Controls can be reset to the default value.
* User can toggle dark mode on/off by tapping anywhere in the box.
