It's not a bad app but I have 2 big problems with it. The first one is that I enabled notifications but I am not getting any and it's annoying when a customer messages me and I only see the message when I click on the app. The second problem is that it keeps saying that there's no internet connection while I am on WiFi using chrome without any problems. Also, I keep getting notifications from housekeep, "what do you think about housekeep?" The answer is good or bad, no neutral, no way to comment

The app is great if you want to have extra money. Really, the pay isn't great for all physical work. Customers sometimes are so problematic about the results of your work. The service cost is £16 per hour, They pay us £11 per hour, I highly recommend that you have a car, if you use bus or metro, you will have a lot of trouble with the times, Keep in mind that if they hire you for 2 hours, you have to work those two hours, you cannot leave earlier or they will deduct your money.

Disappointed. I was supposed to recive the bonus as the app declare to get a bonus after completing 30 jobs, average 4.5 rating and 0 late cancellation and that exactly what I have as I am working very good and now they told me by e-mail that the rating has to be 4.8 for get the bonus. In the app its wrote something different. Plus I dont get enough house to clean and with only this job people can't survive economically. I have 6 days a week availability and they give me 10h a week of work.
