Landlords can list their units, review and communicate with applicants – before scheduling a showing. Tenants can create search criteria based on location, type of housing, number of rooms and more, to find their dream home. They can then upload their credit report, proof of income verification, and proof of ID directly to their profile, submitting rental applications with the click of a button.

Housemate makes communication between Landlord and Tenant seamless, creating records of maintenance and entry requests, providing rent receipts, and storing all documentation in one place. It’s the only all-in-one rental housing application for both Tenants and Landlords.
