Totally Fraud people. I brought a kurta for ₹ 1100 which i had returned & received indya credit as a refund when I told them to transfer the credit to my bank account. They removed my indya credit of 1100₹ and didn't transfer it to my bank account. Whenever you will call them they will say it is under process but will never give you your money back. They are looters never trust them never buy anything from them as if you return it They will neither give you credit nor transfer it to ur acc.

I have returned a product but I din't get the amount back instead they mentioned as refunded in the application..worst customer service I'm trying since 11 days they aren't picking the call even they pick they will tell like amount will be refunded in 24hrs but it's been 11 days till now I din't get single rupee .worst app ever.. please don't get cheated like me don't buy in indya.

The most worst shopping app that I ever came across. I want to return a product and It's been many days no pick-up, no return, no refund and no one is answering my mails and calls from house of indya...... Pathetic you people don't deserve even one star
