A very disappointing experience. The item displayed on the app is not similar to what's been delivered. There is a huge difference between what I expected and what's actually been delivered. It took more than 2 weeks to deliver and all the items were of cheap quality. The clothes have no life, it got torn in a single use. There is no customer service and the items need to be returned within 3 days. Nothing justifies the cost we are paying.

I had a really disappointing experience with the app. The return/exchange policy is not clearly mentioned on the product page. It says “7 days return/exchange on all products,” but when I contacted customer support, they said exchange is not possible. If exchange isn’t available, it should be clearly written on the product page. Also, the colour of the product I received is very different from what was shown in the image. Never going to buy anything from this app.

extremely disappointed...the products that i received is so different from the picture shown,it was not even slightly close to what was on the picture. The material was bad, color and design completely different...worst of all, they wont even refund the money if the product is returned, they would just put in account as credit points so you have no option but to shop from them again. Didnt like the app also
