If you are a doctor, a physiotherapist, a nurse, a health care professional or a secretary in a medical office or clinic, the Smart Clinical Manager application greatly simplifies the management of your patients and your appointments.
This application allows you to add patients and assign them appointments.
It also allows you to add consultations / sessions carried out and add your fees for each of them.
In the list of appointments there is a call button that allows you to call the patient concerned or send him an SMS with an automatic text to remind him of the date and time of his appointment.
When the added appointments exceed their dates, they will be automatically added in the "awating status" section to allow you to validate or decline them. If you validate a waiting state appointment, it will be transormed into a carriend ou session. otherwise, you can decline it and it will be filed in the declined sessions section.
The application also allows you to display appointments by patient and sessions performed by date.
The application also calculates the total sum of your fees and the fees received for a chosen date.
