Hi how do you use the camera with onvif, what is the user name, usually admin but it isn't working, and is there a way to turn the white lights to off and still have video in colour?

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. If you need to use ONVIF, please place the camera and the ONVIF-supported device on the same Wi-Fi network. Then you will be able to find the camera and use it directly.

great in theory but it can't find a 2.4ghz network on our home system, so it's pretty much useless as won't work with 5ghz. shame as the camera itself looks great and the app seems simple.

playback is really slow loading and not good if your trying to check what as activations you've had to look back on and cant even chat to support as that doesnt load either
