SCAM SOFTWARE BEWARE TRIAL PERIOD. Tried this software for the free promotional period and was not fully happy so went to cancel before my period ended. It offered an additional two weeks to try to convince me it was for me so I accepted. It didn't send an email confirmation and then when my original period ended started the paid subscription. I called to get this fixed and they said only if you have an email can we help you and they knew I didn't have one as the system doesnt send one.

They are thieves and liars, do not sign up! They're sales force will tell you that it can be cancelled at anytime and this is not true. Aside from that the app is terrible, format of invoices cant be altered. Houzz is a scam, there is not even a phone number to call for issues only to sign up; that should say it all. Lead generating service tried to set appointments for me after I requested that the account be suspeneded due to a full work load, and being assured no leads would be generated.

So far, I've had the software for about 6 months, and the first two were a learning curve. My business is: GC, electrical, lawn, and landscaping. Some jobs are reoccurring each week, and it would be helpful to put each as a time entry without having to do it manually. I purchased the software to help take out some redundancy and there still is a small amount that could be automated.
