HowToSayNow looks at the other person's message, what you truly want to communicate, and the relationship between you. It then organizes several send-ready replies so you can compare natural, gentle, boundaried, or direct tones and choose the one that sounds like you.

You can:

• Paste a message or upload a chat screenshot
• Add what you honestly want to say
• Choose Work, Friends, Family, School, Romance, or Custom
• Adjust the tone and goal
• Compare several reply options and copy your choice
• Create a custom person profile for more relationship-aware replies

Your conversation privacy matters. Chat screenshots are not stored, and text is not saved to your account by default. Text fields allowed by our policy are saved only if you turn on personalized memory, and you can delete them at any time.

Before reply generation is used for the first time, the app explains that text or screenshots will be sent to a third-party AI service. If you do not agree, nothing is sent and no usage is deducted. Screenshots are re-encoded before transmission and source metadata such as EXIF, GPS, and TIFF is removed. Original screenshots are not written to your account database or Firebase Storage.

Signed-in users can manage or delete personalization data and generation history, and permanently delete their account and account data from inside the app. If a Google Play subscription exists, the app provides the subscription-management link first and clearly explains that deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
