This app was working fine until the recent update. Now, I'm unable to login. My fingerprint stopped working. I couldn't remember the pin so I tried forgot pin but when trying to create a new one, I get an alert error saying "Your information is not valid. Please check and try again." I uninstalled/reinstalled and still no luck getting in. I even tried installing the app on a different phone but that didn't work either. Now I'm unable to change/confirm a scheduled appointment.

Fraud! Customer service reps do not speak English, you cannot reverse a deposit to the app and the app doesn't work! I regret downloading this app because I have $110 in the balance that I can't use or get back. Customers service was rude and wouldn't help me. They kept asking me for photos of my information and pretended to type on the keyboard. I'm currently disputing this but I warn you DO NOT USE!!!

The app hasn't worked in days. I have tried uninstall ingredients and reinstalling and it still won't even send me the SMS verification message, despite showing the loading animation.
