The app is functional, but the scaling is horrible. Be warned, if you have a remotely modern device, this apps UI is wildly oversized and does not scale with system configuration. Also not fold-friendly out of the box due to scaling issues. Clearly produced by a company expecting people using the app are half-blind and have kielbasa for fingers.

my salon switched to this app for booking and it's just not usable. I tried registering but it simply refused to send a text message to my number so I could finish registering. Guess I'm changing salons if this is what I have to use because it's functional.

This app was working fine until the recent update. Now, I'm unable to login. My fingerprint stopped working. I couldn't remember the pin so I tried forgot pin but when trying to create a new one, I get an alert error saying "Your information is not valid. Please check and try again." I uninstalled/reinstalled and still no luck getting in. I even tried installing the app on a different phone but that didn't work either. Now I'm unable to change/confirm a scheduled appointment.
