my android phone tells me the app needs updating. I go to Google store, it says run not update. I have tried reinstalling. no change. app otherwise does what I need.

Software Demand Update this software but Updation not work

Would be excellent tool, but lacks some most wanted tools in functionality: - cannot search by MAC or part of MAC address - list of end user devices is displayed mixed, some devices by NAME and other by MAC, totaly mixed together, so you really cannot find the needed device Hope HPE will fix this in future releases.
