For anyone who can't read Mandarin wondering if language is the issue here: No. The app is literally garbage. You must have a password that exceeds 8 chars when you register, but when you try to use the money you deposited it ONLY let's you enter 8 characters. Absolute trash UX.

it's my first time using this app, at first it was hard because I can't read Chinese characters and I have to do it again and again just to finish what I needed to do, if only this app have an english translation for us foreign users can easily use this app. Thank you and hope you can provide an english translation for this app one day
