About this app

Risk Mgmt (Early Warning Information) is the emergency reporting and incident
management app used by Honda Prospect Motor and its supplier network.

When something goes wrong at a supplier site — a fire, a flood, a production
stoppage, a safety incident — minutes matter. Risk Mgmt replaces phone trees
and scattered email chains with a single channel: the supplier files a report
from the floor, and HPM's monitoring team sees it immediately.

FOR SUPPLIERS
• Submit an emergency report in under a minute — type, date and time,
location, and a written description.
• Attach evidence directly from your phone: photos from the camera or
gallery, plus PDF and Excel documents.
• Track every report you have filed and read the full update history as HPM
responds.
• Open any attachment straight from the report — images, PDFs, spreadsheets.

FOR HPM ADMIN AND MONITORING USERS
• Dashboard view of all incoming emergencies with active-incident counts.
• Review any submission with its complete timeline: every status change,
action taken, and note, with the attachments filed alongside each update.
• Post updates as the situation develops and move an incident through to
closure.
• Generate a PDF report for any completed incident — header details, the full
action log, and embedded photo evidence — ready to open, share, or print.
• Approve or reject supplier registration requests, assign roles, and manage
user accounts from your phone.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
Risk Mgmt is a business application for HPM staff and registered HPM
suppliers. New users register in the app and are activated by an HPM
administrator before first sign-in. The app cannot be used without an
approved account.
