e-HSCRC application Capture the all-around skills of students along with their interest areas through an AI-driven solution. Historical academic records to assess student ability through a Stateof-the-art machine learning model based on Item Response Theory (IRT). Additionally, a
separate set of AI models will identify student interests and map them to relevant skills. A third set of Machine Learning models will evaluate student proficiency in these specific skills and offer tailored pathways for career advancement. This holistic approach aims to provide personalized guidance to students, bridging the gap between their interests, skills, and career aspirations. The generated information and analysis will be used to suggest improvements in current curriculum, revision of learning outcomes, employment trends, patterns in skills trajectories and predictions in the skilling & employment landscape
