About this app
Ontico is a secured and enhanced platform developed by Hitachi Payment Services (HPY) for Lock Management System. The application will be used by HPY team as well as its Customers based on the Service Level Agreements. The prime function of this application is to manage the process for generating codes needed to open Locks installed on various equipment's. It also covers support functions like change request for users like Mobile number change, PIN change, Absence notifications, etc. The access to this application is role based and is limited to the users that form part of the process and are preconfigured in the application.
