HRBluSky application is an HR Cloud platform intended to reduce the manpower involved in HR management and to allow all the Employees, administrators, HR service providers to securely access the data by bringing all the critical HR functionality and all the HR services in a single platform, HRBluSky also offers Face Recognition Attendance System on Self- service and Fixed device with Geo-fence and IP.

Steps:
1. Install the application.
2. Signup (By default provided with Essential Plan which is always free for 10 users.)
3. Record the company details and employee details.
4. Set the organization’s hierarchy and define the approval levels
5. Assign Attendance mode for all the employees
6. Track and approve Leave, Claim, Loan, and Attendance
7. Run monthly payroll and generate payslip
