DAMAGE iD is a VIDEO and photo-tracking service that provides web and mobile technology solutions to rental companies, loaner fleets and car sharing. Using smartphones or tablets, rental agents follow simple steps to digitally record vehicles and gas levels during checkout. Upon return agents take new photos and flag for damage.

Damage iD provides before and after video and photo comparisons to help increase customer service, revenue and efficiency. Additional prompts turn the walk around into a 2nd chance to sell coverage. Photos of fuel levels take the doubt out of charging for gas. Digital proof lets agents show, not tell, customers about damage or fuel charges. By signing off on photos and video, customers know they won’t be blamed for pre-existing damage.
