How to access the H&R Online app

If you are already registered for the H&R Online service:
• Download the app.
• You will need your username, password, and one time password to log-into the app for the first time.

If you have not yet registered for H&R Online:
• Please visit online.hrbs.co.uk to sign up.
• A verification code will be sent to you via post within five working days.

Staying safe online
Hinckley & Rugby has prioritised security to safeguard members’ sensitive financial information, protect privacy and prevent fraud. Members will be able to navigate through a range of online services from the comfort of their computer, tablet or smartphone while knowing their transactions are conducted in a secure environment.

There are a few simple things you can do to stay safe online.

• When using the app in a public location, ensure that no-one can see any of your personal details.
• Always log-out of the app when you are finished using it.
