HRM Employee is a mobile application that helps employees and managers perform daily HR tasks, connecting directly with the HPA ERP system.

• Timekeeping: Check-in/check-out according to company configuration (WiFi, location…), view daily work status
• Leave & Unexpected Leave: Create leave requests, late arrival, early departure, outings
• Work Schedule: Register schedules, view personal schedules
• Payroll: View monthly payrolls

• Internal Communication: News, announcements, regulations

• Push notifications within the app
• Supports biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID) on compatible devices

• Vietnamese and English interface

FOR ADMINISTRATORS (according to permissions)

• Manage employees, contracts, categories (departments, job titles, salary types, allowances…)

• Timekeeping configuration: WiFi, IP, holidays, leave types

• Salary & insurance configuration, personal income tax (according to Admin permissions)

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a company account provided by your company

• Some features require Location and Network permissions Local, Camera for timekeeping and attached proof
