The app is terrible, especially after recent the update. It requires you to login every single time and the app itself it quite laggy, sometimes it even hangs. Considering that this is an insurance app, I would have expected it to be linked to Singpass, but yet it requires manual keying of passwords. The notices are also confusing.. Tells me that my actions are needed, but when I go to the policy, doesn't indicate exactly what actions are needed.

Very disappointing for an insurance/financial company. Your app does not consolidate all my policies, not that is it user friendly to locate those you have loaded in it. I have tried to log in 3 times, and each time the registered phone number is wrong. The 1 Aug and 28 Aug app updates dod not seem to help anything. App experience is still appalling, and just as confusing and hard to understand just like the policy premium notices.

The password system is dumb. The password requirement is so restrictive and recovering account through forgot password route is so convenient that you wonder why there is a need for passwords in the first place. it also gives me great pause as to the security of this system. Because I'm unable to use my usual password mnemonics, I find myself forgetting them on this app everytime and resorting to the retrieval process which I think is a potential backdoor for hackers.
