1. Bind the device via Bluetooth

awful. don't buy. waste of money. wasn't expensive so wasn't expecting much but doesn't work at all. get error messages. the qr code on the box says invalid. not sure how it "binds" but I can get it to beep off my phone when I'm holding it. says battery at 100%. shame I can't give 0 stars. perhaps it works in a city but definitely not rural areas.

The tag has GPS but the app is obviously not correctly handling the data to place the tag on the map. It should be able to place the tag when outdoors, and in the clear, within 10 meters of accuracy.

works for me. Found my pet several times because of the tag. sometimes it needs some loading time and re-adjustment time to see the last location. But it helps me a lot finding my cat.
