I clicked on a movie, and some plans were shown as available. After completing the payment (higher plan from the available list), I was informed that I need to pay an additional amount to access the movie, as the plan was apparently different. This is misleading, and feels like a scam. To be honest, it's not about money - more about the trust and integrity of a platform. Never installing this app again.

I took a subscription three days ago. Most of the apps and content are working fine; however, I am facing an issue with SonyLIV. The program MasterChef is not opening and shows an error stating that the content cannot be accessed. I have also tried contacting customer care multiple times, but I’m unable to connect with the support team. This is disappointing after taking a paid subscription. Kindly look into this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest.
