Ratings and reviews

Absolutely the worst experience I've had all year. Complete waste of money. I purchased the Sports 365 pack specifically to watch live sports, but not a single live match was available as promised. When I contacted customer support, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me not to use the app and to subscribe to some other app. If that's the solution, then why are they even selling this subscription.

Worst OTT app experience ever. Movies on Lionsgate Play simply do not play. There is often no Play button at all, and the content is completely inaccessible despite having a subscription. I have already complained twice, but both times I was simply told that the issue would be resolved. Nothing has actually been fixed. What is the point of paying for an OTT subscription if you cannot even watch the movies? The customer support response has been extremely disappointing.

I bought a 1-year OTTplay subscription based on the OTT apps included. After my purchase, one of those apps was removed. When I contacted support, they referred me to a clause in their Subscriber Agreement saying they can add or remove services anytime. Hiding such an important condition in the terms while advertising the included apps is unfair. They could remove more apps in the future and simply say, "It's in the agreement."
