Both email addresses don't work for a start. I've tried to contact and address not found Tag was lost. because it last updated a few hours before lost you have no chance of finding it. You have to have your phone near it to update the location. But if the cat is out and wandering and then the tag is lost how are you supposed to find it? Plus you can call the tag, but the bell sound is so low you cannot hear it plus you have to be near it otherwise it won't detect it! Waste of money.

Wasted my money. When I bought the product on Amazon, it said that I didn't need to pay for the software and it is not true. This software, "Seektag," does not find ANY of the four tags. disappointed.
