Both email addresses don't work for a start. I've tried to contact and address not found Tag was lost. because it last updated a few hours before lost you have no chance of finding it. You have to have your phone near it to update the location. But if the cat is out and wandering and then the tag is lost how are you supposed to find it? Plus you can call the tag, but the bell sound is so low you cannot hear it plus you have to be near it otherwise it won't detect it! Waste of money.

stopped working for no reason. tried removing account and app and re registering, but you cant re register. terrible device and app, do not buy.

absolutely dreadful updates on where my child is it says he's 20 miles away when he's right near home and that's on a good day
