Unreliable results. Tested several times in a row and never got the same results twice. One strip it said the PH was high, the next said it was low. Same for other criteria, like chlorine. I downloaded app because the test strips don't match the color chart on bottle. I thought their app might do a better job of interpreting the results. . . I was wrong. Moral of the story: Don't buy these test strips. I know it's the leading brand, but the others (i.e. pool time) are just better.

The concept is great. The camera function needs some serious tweeking, if you can even get it to work. Shows an error code most of the time. If you get the camera to come up, good luck getting it to focus on something that close to the camera. Get it far enough back to focus, it will not read the strip. Tried several times.

I bought this for use in my first time hot tub. I like that there was a scan feature to tell me where my levels were at. However, the scan feature and what the diagram on the bottle shows are two completely different answers. So I bought another HTH test strip just for spas. I took it to a local pool place who ran it through a machine to tell me my actual levels . HTH spa were very close to the actual readings from the pool place. However, hth pool and spa both were completely wrong.
