I'm not sure if it's the app or the device but I've had a horrible time getting things to work. The majority of the time nothing shows up on my screen. I have to restart the device multiple times and make sure it's fully charged to have any hope of seeing something. Do not buy. It's a horrible product.

It is freezing all the time. It is a cheap tool branded by matco and sold ten times more expensive that it's real value

It says you can only download it with an older Andriod. I have an Andriod 14, so I can't even use the borescope.
