Absolutely the worst banking app I have ever used. Messy display and you can't even pay off your card, you have to use a desktop, which is absolutely mental for an app that is meant to make things easier. So all you can do is see your transactions, but again, if you want to see pending transactions you must use a desk top. Rubbish!

Sucks!!! It will not open, just a blank screen; and locks up. Very disappointed. If this doesn't work than what is the service on the card going to be like. Well finally is working. It is slow and clunky. I can't even get it to open anymore. I expected more from a large company. uninstalled. please fix. I would like to utilize items for my account.

Have trouble accessing my bank accounts 50% of the time. I also have to enter in the unique device password each time (when I'm able to access my accounts). Instead you're able to use your fingerprint to verify on iOS instead. The UX UI also looks like it was developed on some sort of web interface and not native in the app. Strange that iOS apps do not face the same challenges as Android and have a much better experience. It's as if the Android version is the red hair step child compared to the iOS app.
