STILL only works on WiFi and complains of network error when on perfectly good 4G connection. Used to work but earlier update broke it and it remains broken after two updates. Absolutely useless.
This app would be great if it's 2007. The least polished app amongst the big four banks, with ridiculous functionality barriers, you can't send money to a new payee for example, just 😤☹️
The worst banking app ever. Outdated look and feel, cannot see the pending transactions, no fingerprint login. Buggy, sometimes I can't even log in.
Worst mobile banking app in the market. No fingerprint login and an old clunky user interface. HSBC needs to take some cues from Halifax or NatWest.
Not working on MOBILE Network. HSBC advise this is effects only users on Tesco mobile and requires an app upgrade....still waiting! Update: I've closed my account and moved to Nationwide.
Fingerprint authentication (at least for login and not secure key) is a must, as is the ability to add new accounts for transfers from the app itself. There's also the fact that the app looks fugly.
