First things first: this is not a professional CNC machine with a slick app. But for £130 it's pretty impressive. The app isn't perfect but I've had no connection problems at all (although you have to say yes to every single permission in order to connect). Image transfer is very slow over Bluetooth, and engraving isn't quick. But it does the job and it's a great introduction to hobbyist laser cutting and engraving – if you have a business need though, probably look elsewhere!

I love this machine! (I'm a beginner at this so it suits my purpose, not the app so much 😕 very limited information, I'm currently having some issues & I can't seem to find any trouble shooting guides anywhere 😢

Don't buy this machine.... just get something better. Yes it may work, but why take the chance, it's just not reliable. The 2 big problems I have had is first, the app crashed constantly because it wouldn't work on my phone. Once I got a new phone it started working. Now, the dot used to line it up and get it straight disappears before I hit start, meaning I cannot preview where it is going to engrave before it starts. It's just a total headache.
