App and lights had worked perfect for over a year. But starting about a week ago the app won't even open, it crashes instantly. I've cleared cache etc etc and nothing worked. Then un-installed and reinstalled the app. Still won't open, just crashes each time it's opened. I can't even use just the bulbs as I had the brightness turned way down at night so now they are stuck on low, for lack of a better word. Just remembered that I had emailed the company when this happened and heard nothing back.

This app is horrid. I got some color LED bulbs, followed the instructions of the setup, and everything was running smoothly. Then, all of a sudden, when I go to change my colors, they don't change. I later find that the app isn't recognizing my bulbs. So I reinstall it and try to launch the app after clearing my cache. It just crashes instantly. What actualy is wrong with you? Selling lights that don't connect to your app is like giving someone food without utensils. I hope you get sued.

The lights are pretty colors, however, the app crashes immediately after opening so I can't change the colors or dim. Its almost useless. I won't be purchasing again once the lightbulbs die. I could have purchased regular colored light bulbs for less. It would be beneficial for all parties if there was tech support or a company to report issues to.
